How do I return or exchange an item purchased on Basilesparis.com?
You can return any product ordered on lesbasilesparis.com for an exchange or refund within fourteen (14) calendar days of the delivery date.
Any claim regarding the delivery of items must be submitted within 14 business days of receipt of the items.
Items must be returned in their original condition (packaging, accessories, tags, etc.), using the documents provided in the package. If you have any questions, our customer service team can be contacted by phone or email via the "Contact Us" section.

If the items were given to you as a gift, you can only exchange them for items of the same value.
Please contact our customer service team, who will email you a prepaid return label.
Any package returned after the specified period will be refused and returned to the sender. The costs and risks associated with returning items are the sender's responsibility.
For customer service to accept the return, items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, intact, with the tag attached, unworn, accompanied by all accessories, and a copy of the purchase invoice.
The customer does not have to provide a reason for the return or pay any penalties, except for return shipping costs and potential customs duties.
LES BASILES PARIS cannot be held responsible for the loss, theft, or damage to the package.
Packages for which the customer's identification (last name, first name, address, and return code) will be refused.
Upon receipt of the returned items, Customer Service will send a confirmation of receipt of the product by email.
If you are interested in a different size, color, or style, please return your items to us and simply place a new order for the item you are interested in at lesbasilesparis.com.
How long will it take to receive a refund?
If If the entire order is returned, the refund will include LES BASILES PARIS's standard delivery charges.
To this end, the customer must include the delivery invoice with the tracking number in the return package.
LES BASILES PARIS will refund the customer the amounts paid by the customer for the purchase of the returned products (excluding customs fees), within a maximum of 14 days by bank transfer to the account used with the credit card bearing the customer's name.
Please note that a deduction may be made if the value of the goods has been reduced due to excessive handling on your part.
