What are the delivery charges?
We offer free delivery and returns on all orders.
Our orders are shipped by Colissimo for deliveries within France and by DHL for international deliveries.
What are the delivery times?
When you request express delivery, this generally means that the plane carrying your package will make the journey half full, which results in additional energy consumption.
In order to limit our impact on the environment and control our carbon footprint, Basiles will not offer express delivery.
Delivery times begin upon email confirmation of the order.
Delivery times are 3 to 5 business days in mainland France.
International deliveries take 5 to 7 business days.
SEMI-MEASURED CLOTHING
Please note that For all semi-measured garments, delivery times are extended by 15 business days, as these items are made to order.
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only. Please note that delivery to remote rural addresses may take longer.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (CEST) will be shipped the same day.

Where can I have my lesbasilesparis.com order delivered?
Items purchased on this site cannot be delivered worldwide.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
For security reasons in particular, Basilesparis.com will not process any orders for which delivery is Requested by poste restante or PO box.
All lesbasilesparis.com packages are delivered by hand to the recipient and no packages will be left in a mailbox.
Do I need to sign upon receipt of my order?
The recipient's signature is required upon receipt of your package.
Can you deliver to my hotel?
Yes, for To do this, please enter the hotel name in the "Company" field when entering your delivery address.
Please also indicate the dates of your stay in the "Additional Information" field so that our customer service team can verify our ability to deliver your order on time.
